WiN Cameroon is dedicated to identifying and sharing opportunities that enhance both personnel and career development. The organization collaborates with key stakeholders in the nuclear industry and educational institutions to deliver capacity-building programs.

Awareness Program
The initiative aims to inspire young individuals, particularly girls, to pursue degree programs in STEM and nuclear science. By promoting the peaceful use of nuclear technologies, it seeks to raise awareness through engaging campaigns in schools and universities. Activities include sport walks, informative presentations, and active social media engagement. These efforts are designed to create a supportive environment that foster a new generation of innovators and leaders in nuclear science.

Gender Pulse Project
In partnership with key stakeholders, the initiative seeks to evaluate the challenges faced by women and assess the gender equality status within the Cameroonian nuclear field. By conducting comprehensive studies and gathering insights, we aim to identify barriers to women's participation and advancement in this sector. This effort will inform strategies to create a more inclusive and equitable environment, ultimately promoting gender equality and empowering women to thrive in the nuclear field.
